Born out of frustration with how consulting usually works
We started RNA because too many "AI transformation" projects we watched from the sidelines ended the same way: six months, a thick slide deck, a pilot that never made it to production, and a leadership team more confused than when they started.
We thought: what if AI consulting felt more like hiring a great engineer? Someone who shows up, learns your business, ships something real in two weeks, and speaks English to the CEO and code to the CTO.

We track shipped features and business results, not time sheets. If a project should take 3 weeks, we don't stretch it to 3 months.
Senior engineers only
No junior talent parked on your project to boost margins. Every FDE we send has 5+ years of production experience.
Plain English first
We can go as deep technical as your CTO wants, but the default on every call is business language. Your CEO should never have to ask 'what does that mean?'
Ship in weeks, not quarters
Two-week sprints, weekly demos, production deploys. Long 'analysis phases' are where value goes to die.
Honest recommendations
If a project isn't right for AI, we'll tell you. If a simpler solution works better than ours, we'll recommend it. Repeat clients come from honest advice.
